In addition, the Wisconsin Center for Music Education located in Waunakee serves music students, teachers and community members with diverse music educational programs and resources.

Each year more than 3,500 dedicated young musicians audition for the 700 Chairs available in the WSMA High School State Honors and Middle Level ensembles. The Honors Endowment Plan offers donors the opportunity to endow and name one of the 700 Chairs. An Endowed Student Chair provides an annual full-tuition grant to a student participant. An Endowed Conductor Chair pays the entire cost for the designated conductor each year.
